At Jewelri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original gift box and include the packing slip inside a padded shipping envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
